What to include

• A wrong question or fact: tell us the topic and the question, and if you can, include a source so we can check it.
• A privacy request: tell us what you’d like us to do. You can also delete your game data yourself at any time.
• A problem with the site: tell us what happened, and which device and browser you were using.
• An issue with an ad: if you can, tell us the page you saw it on and what it was advertising.

Coins and accounts

Coins are saved in your browser and have no cash value, so we can’t restore lost balances or pay out coins. QuizTorch has no accounts and never asks for passwords or payment details. Please be careful of any message that asks you for these in our name.
