This policy explains how QuizTorch and its advertising partners use cookies and similar technologies. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as local storage and advertising identifiers, do much the same job. They help sites remember information between visits and pages.
Cookies we set ourselves

The site also keeps a small value in your browser’s session storage that records when you last saw a full-screen ad, so we don’t show them too close together. It contains no personal information and is cleared when you close the tab.
Advertising cookies from Google and its partners
We use Google AdSense to show ads. Google and other vendors may set and read cookies, or use similar technologies, to:
- show ads, and limit how often you see the same one;
- personalize ads based on your visits to this and other websites, where this is allowed;
- measure how ads perform and prevent fraud;
- remember your consent choices.
These cookies are set and controlled by those companies, not by us. Their names and how long they last can change. Examples used by Google include __gads, __gpi and IDE for advertising, and FCCDCF for storing consent choices. You can find current details in Google’s cookie information and on how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
How to control cookies
- Consent message: visitors in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland are asked for consent on their first visit. Use “Cookie choices” in the footer to change your decision later.
- Personalized ads: opt out at Google Ads Settings, www.aboutads.info or www.youronlinechoices.eu.
- Your browser: most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. If you block our
qt_sesscookie, the game can’t save your progress or coins. - Your game data: erase it at any time on our Privacy Policy page.

We’ll update this page if the cookies we use change, and change the date at the top.
